Trackers, please apply for your license early in the year. Those who wish to become licensed leashed dog trackers, complete a print-and-mail application.

Tracking Dog Waiver
Form must be completed prior to tracking

Licensed Leashed Tracking Dog Report
Form must be submitted by December 31 of the license year whether or not you engaged in a tracking effort.
 

Leashed dog tracking is a seasonal activity. Please check back for updates to this list. Updated January 5, 2024.
