- Exhibition Permit Application: For showing, displaying or training of wildlife for the purpose of public viewing of the wildlife, whether or not a fee is collected.
- Exhibitor's Notification of Wildlife Import: In-state exhibitors must file this within 5 days of import of wildlife for which they have an importation permit.
- Falconry Permit Application: For the sport of taking quarry by means of a trained raptor. Valid hunting license required.
- Field Trial Permit - Permit to allow clubs to hold field trial(s) on wildlife.

- Guides License Application - To engage in the business of guiding in the state. Please note: New guide license applicants must first download a study packet
. Exams for new applicants are held twice a year. A Fish and Game Department review of the application is required prior to issuance of a guide’s license. Along with NH Fish and Game Guide application, you must submit a NH State Police Criminal Record Release Authorization Form. Only Section I of the NH State Police Criminal Background form must be filled out and mailed in with your guide application to the NH Fish and Game Department. Please do not send form to the NH State Police. There is no additional fee for the State Police Background Check.
- Importation of Wildlife Permit Application: For the importation into the State of any permitted wildlife/fish.
- Individual Training and Shooting Permit - Allows sportsperson to possess, release and shoot permitted wildlife for the purpose of training dogs.

- Non-resident Student License - Full-time students attending school in New Hampshire may purchase non-resident fishing (freshwater or recreational saltwater) or hunting licenses at resident rates. Must be registered for 12 credit hours per semester, and show valid ID.

- Propagation Report Form: Required report to be submitted with Propagation Permit renewal.
- Regulated Shooting Area Application: For hunting preserves operated commercially or as a non-profit. Note annual reporting requirement.
- Regulated Shooting Area Report Form: Required report for Regulated Shooting Areas. Due no later than January 30 following expiration of permit.
- Rehabilitation of Wildlife Permit Renewal: For renewal of current licensed Wildlfe Rehabilitators. If interested in becoming a wildlife rehabilitator, please contact NH Fish and Game's Law Enforcement Division at (603) 271-3127 for requirements.
